Nadine Mercure joins the ALUS Canada team as Director of Communications & Digital Strategy.

It is with great pleasure that ALUS announces the hiring of its new Director of Communications & Digital Strategy, Nadine Mercure.

A digital and communications professional with more than twenty years of experience, Nadine has been at the forefront of the digital transformation in the media industry.

“The importance of Nadine’s skills and experience as a leader cannot be understated,” said Bryan Gilvesy, ALUS Canada’s CEO. “ALUS is committed to growing its presence in Canada, and to do that we need the professional expertise that Nadine brings to the organization.”

Nadine’s former positions include leadership roles at Bell Media, Microsoft, La Presse and the Cirque du Soleil group. More recently, as a consultant, she has assisted organizations in the education, transportation and non-profit sectors as they have sought to innovate in their internal and external communications and project management.

In stewarding these organizations through profound technological and cultural changes in communications, Nadine has developed critical knowledge in organizational development. As Director of Communications & Digital Strategy, Nadine will help lead ALUS as it makes dynamic changes to meet the needs of its program participants and partners in an era of unprecedented evolution.

Throughout her career, Nadine has been guided by her desire to engage in meaningful work that brings people together and to create collaborative, high-performance project environments.

“I’m thrilled to be joining ALUS,” said Nadine. “We’re in a critical time for the environment, and it’s important that the nature-based solutions ALUS provides be widely recognized and adopted across the country and beyond.”
