ALUS Lambton
Where Agriculture and Nature Meet
ONS_Logo_LowRes copy

The ALUS Lambton program started up in 2015, in a partnership with Ontario Nativescape, a division of the Rural Lambton Stewardship Network. This not-for-profit organization is focused on promoting native Prairie, a special mixture of perennial native plants providing habitat for our native pollinators.

Lambton county spans the length of Lake Huron, with Chatham-Kent County and Lake Saint Clair to the South. Major cities located within the county include Sarnia, a metropole which also connects this rural area to the United States.

Interest in ecological and biodiversity projects on working lands continues to grow in Lambton County and ALUS Lambton is thrilled to help provide services to landowners that encourage and support sound ecological land management.

If you are interested in getting involved or looking to expand the number of acres enrolled in the program, and the benefits they produce for our communities please reach out.
