PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TILLSONBURG, January 12, 2017—ALUS Canada is proud to announce the hiring of Howie Bjorge as ALUS Canada Agrologist.
Bjorge has extensive experience as an agrologist and agronomist. He served as an Agricultural Fieldman at the County of Vermilion River (CVR) since 2004, where he helped launch Alberta’s first ALUS program in 2010. Indeed, Bjorge has been instrumental in developing the ALUS program in western Canada.
“I’m excited to welcome Howie to the team,” said CEO Bryan Gilvesy. “He will work closely with our municipal partners in Alberta to take advantage of uniquely Albertan opportunities.”
What’s more, added Gilvesy, “by adding his wetland specialist capability to the staff compliment in Alberta, ALUS Canada is now poised to make rapid headway in the delivery of wetland mitigation.”
